Meet New York's Leading Pistol Permit Legal Team
In 2012, Pistol Permit Lawyers was born from a conversation between two friends who shared a passion for firearms and the law. What began as a casual discussion soon turned into a meaningful project when John, one of the founders, decided to shift his entire legal practice to focus exclusively on pistol licensing. Since then, the firm has helped countless clients navigate the complex and ever-changing legal landscape surrounding gun ownership and permits in New York.
Pistol Permit Lawyers specialize in understanding the intricate details of the permitting process. They excel at addressing issues that may prevent a permit from being approved, such as criminal arrests, domestic violence histories, mental health issues, or even a poor driving record. Their deep knowledge of both the legal system and gun laws allows them to guide clients through the process, offering honest advice on whether or not to proceed with an application.
The firm’s mission is to protect the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens by helping them obtain the necessary permits for firearms ownership and concealed carry. They believe strongly in the right to bear arms, while also ensuring clients comply with government regulations. With their guidance, clients can rest assured they are fully informed of where they can and cannot legally carry their firearms, and how to overcome any legal obstacles that might arise.
